General Services

The work of an event manager is varied and tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. However, we provide these
general services:

• Budget creation along with deposit and payment management
• Creation, confirmation, and review of timelines and itineraries for event participants and vendors
• Venue and vendor recommendation, consultation, and selection
• Vendor contract negotiation and review
• Generate design ideas and facilitate idea execution
• Guest list management, mailing, and response tracking
• Create and facilitate seating charts and room diagrams
• Inventory tracking and transport
• Advising clients of proper etiquette and cultural traditions
• Clear and consistent communication
• Coordinating and directing the wedding or event
• Vendor and participant management and supervision on event day
• Facilitating venue entry, setup, clean up, and exit


Platinum Wedding Service – This is an all-inclusive wedding service that works with couples from the time of engagement until 60 days after the wedding. This service is for couples that have not yet identified all their vendors and that want continuous assistance in planning and designing every aspect of their special day, as well as coordination and direction on the wedding day.

Gold Wedding Service – This service is for couples that have already begun planning and securing vendors and works with them until 60 days after the wedding. At a minimum, the ideal couple has selected their venue, caterer, and entertainment. This couple needs assistance selecting other vendors, planning logistics, generating design ideas, as well as coordination and direction on the wedding day.

Silver Wedding Service – This service is for couples that are within three months of their wedding date and have already secured vendors and planned the details. The ideal client is interested in having someone to tie all the details together as well as coordination and direction on the wedding day.

Pearl Wedding Service – This service is for members of the wedding party responsible for planning an engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor party, bachelorette party, or rehearsal dinner. The ideal client knows the bride and groom well, but is not familiar with event design and logistics or locations.

Private Celebrations

Total Event Planning Service – This is an all-inclusive event planning service that works with clients from event concept until 30 days after the event. This service may be selected by clients in various stages of planning.

The Ultimate Convenience Service – This service is for clients celebrating special events with 25 or more attendees. The ideal client is celebrating a milestone and knows what they want guests to see, feel, and experience at their event, but want someone else to handle all the details. This service is perfect for clients that are on the go and searching for the ultimate event planning convenience. Virginia Grace will consult with the client to plan the entire event, secure all the vendors, and make all the payments!
